Apple Music | Album Art not showing on Home Sharing

I have an iMac and a MacBook Pro that both feature their own separate Apple Music libraries. I am not subscribed to Apple Music, so I'm just using it as a media player, and thus, I regularly import files from one library to the other to keep them updated. I recently updated to Catalina (currently 10.15.1) and now when I use home sharing in Apple Music, the album art is missing. Even stranger, when I import the file from one library to another, I'm unable to update the album art in the new library that file has been imported to. The album art shows up just fine on the computer of origin, but is unaccessible in shared view. Screenshot attached of what I see when home sharing. Those album covers show up just fine on the computer of origin.

I'll repeat just so no one asks; I'm not subscribed to Apple music. I'm merely using it as a media player. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I cannot test this exact scenario, but it might be worth reporting through Product Feedback - Apple. Looking here my Windows computer can see artwork from Catalina, the Catalina library isn't presenting the artwork from my Windows iTunes library. The Catalina library is converted from a clone of the one I use in Windows, and all artwork is embedded so it ought to work.
