CBS App is freezing up when we try to open it

CBS is freezing up when we try to open it. Any thoughts on how to fix it. We have tried restarting Apple TV several times and also a hard reboot.

It was with the CBS App. I got it working by deleting the app and re-adding it. Thanks for replying

Is this with the CBS application or with a CBS subscription through Apple TV Channels (accessed within the Apple TV app)?
