I want to know who is currently using my Apple ID in mean who is using at the moment not in the past .

Hi there,

You can't find out who is using it, but you can find instructions for what to do if you think your Apple ID is compromised here: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised.

thank you for the idea 💡 but if I’ll make a proof by signing out from my apple id , and login to safari with another device , it appears the same thing so the device that have been log out , has all the information again to my apple id.

You can see the devices that are currently signed in to your Apple ID by following these instructions: Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in

Yeah I know this but I wanted to know if the last device is using again my Apple ID ,and if is using it , I don’t want to remove from my Apple ID , you know?!
