Issue with Stickies flying off the desktop

Hello

I have a Sticky that is inaccessible as it flies off the edge of the desktop and cannot be retried. If it's on, say, Desktop 2, I can only see if when I'm flicking between my desktops, but when I select Desktop 2 and land on it, the sticky flies off into the top corner and I can't retrieve it.

I've tried restarting the machine, restarting stickies, putting everything on one desktop only, putting the sticky on it's own desktop... Annoyingly can't uninstall and install Stickies as Mac OS won't allow it. Any advice?

Hi hi_rose,

Thanks for posting your question. I understand you have a Sticky that seems to disappear from your desktop.

Have you tried a right-click or Control + click on the Stickies on your Dock, and then clicking "Show All Windows?" This may help you to bring that Sticky up so you can access it.

If that doesn't work, you might try pressing Control + Up; Control and the Up arrow together should bring up a Mission Control view that you can use to most likely select the Sticky in question: Use Mission Control on your Mac
