Defective Brand New iPhone 11 Pro Max
I have recently bought iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB Midnight Green in iStore. However, when I went home the phone suddenly shut down and it won’t turn on unless it is plugged to a charging cable, the cycle continued the whole night. The next day, we went back to the store to report the issue and they have referred us to their Service Center to have product replacement since the unit is currently put of stock. It has been 2 weeks since iStore said that they’ve ordered the brand new unit and the airway bill is not yet sent to them. A brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB - Silver was recently delivered to the iStore where I bought my defective phone, can I just replace my phone with the silver one since it is the one currently in stock?
