I have a large data-filled table in which I need to modify a pop-up currently used in a range of cells. The normal copy / paste routine will copy it but, of course, overwrites the data. The "copy style" / "paste style" routine does not copy the data format (ie the pop-up).
Is there a way of doing this without overwriting the data or having to modify each individual pop-up?

Select all the Pop-Ups.
Edit in the Format Panel
The cells keep their values
But all the menus change
No need to copy and paste.

Doh ! The on thing I didn't try. That's brilliant thanks Yellowbox. I'll give it a go. You've probably saved me hours of unnecessary fiddling about.

Did you solve this yourself or did Ian help you solve it? Readers (like me) coming to this thread are being directed to your post as the solution only to discover the solution must be somewhere else. You might consider marking Ian's answer for the convenience of other readers.

Sorry. I don't use this site very often so I'm not that familiar with the way it works. Yes, Ian's solution was helpful and solved the problem. I'm not sure what you mean by 'marking' his response but I have indicated that it was helpful and used the "link to this post". Hope that is more useful. If there's something I'm not doing then please do let me know and I'll happily put it right
