Hi,
Is anyone getting "Bluethooth: Not Available" after upgrading the MacOS to Catalina? I've tried many of the suggestions including deleting the bluetooth .plist file and reset the PRAM and SMC, but none seem to work. I also did a hardware scan (pressing D button upon bootup) to see it detects a hardware issue, but it did not find an issue.
Has anyone figured this one out?

I tried what you suggested, but I'm seeing the Debug>Reset you've noted. Instead, I'm seeing an "Open PacketLogger". When I try to open it, nothing opens. Also, I should note that the Bluetooth icon is not showing in System Preferences.
Looked under System Report and it looks like it's not detecting Bluetooth. Does this mean it's maybe a hardware issue?

Yes hardware has failed.
