iPhone 11 Pro Max - crackling noise with phone calls when connected to Car's Bluetooth

From past couple of months, there is crackling noise coming with every phone call made while driving with my iPhone 11 Pro Max connected to Car's Bluetooth. There is no distortion when playing audio, it's only specific to phone calls. iOS 13.2.3 didn't solve the problem. Removing and adding the Bluetooth device both from iPhone and Car didn't help. The only thing that worked is, Reset Network Settings and then Remove & Add Bluetooth device, but it's only temporary and the issue comes back in a day or two.

Did notice many threads with crackling noise with iPhone 11's speaker. But did anyone else having the same issue with Car's Bluetooth connection ?

Here’s a short update - on second visit Apple replaced the phone. The replacement phone was working perfectly good in the initial tests. However once I updated it from iOS 13.1.1 to iOS 13.2.3 the problem came back again! Although not many hopes, I will give a try updating the Multimedia firmware on car to see if it goes in sync with Apple’s updates. If not, the only hope is iOS 13.3 will fix it.
