I live in Spain and have an iPhone 8 that I got here with vodaphone and I also have a Uk iPhone 8 with EE which I have just been upgraded to an iPhone 7+ as I wanted a bigger screen . I transferred the sim from my spanish phone to the new 7+ so I can use it in Spain (it’s the one I use most as only use the Uk one for emergencies but on setting it up it is saying that I can’t use it ??? Please help 🙏🌸💗

From your description, it looks like your iPhone 7+ is locked to a different carrier. Only that "different" carrier can unlock that device, if you're eligible.

Do you know what carrier your 7+ is locked to? Is it EE? That is the carrier who can unlock your phone.
