Tv provider error

When I try to go to tv provider in settings it gives me a “an error occurred while attempt to load details” then it gives a retry button but it just keeps coming back

pits on an iPad it was working for the last couple months

I can log in on my phone and wife’s phone to our tv provider in settings

TV Provider in settings I signed out of TV Provider in the iPhone settings and cannot log back in I am getting an error. “An unexpected error has occured. Please try again. Code: -1”. I am trying to sign in with playstation vue account. Has anyone seen this issue and does anyone have a fix please? I tried restarting iPhone and also deleted TV app and reinstalled as suggested and no luck. Thank you.

Apple TV on iPhone 11 Recently started to use Apple TV on my phone and wondering if anyone else are seeing the issues I am? When trying to download episodes of different shows I frequently get an error “episode cannot be downloaded at this time” this usually happens after I download the first 2 or 3 episodes and on any further download attempt the error appears I close the app and reopen to try again and error remains. Twice I have signed out of the app and when I sign back in all my downloads have been deleted. Any help would be greatly appreciated
