Adding TV Provider

I am trying to add my TV Provider and keep getting an error message. I have deleted the TV app and reinstalled it but still not working again

  • What exact error message are your getting?
  • Who is your TV provider?

The TV app has nothing to do with the TV provider, so resetting that wouldn’t improve anything. I can understand why a generic app name like this could be confusing in this aspect.
