How can I log into my original Apple account if I need a verification code and that code is being sent to that one device because it’s the only device I used with that account but that device is broken and can’t be fixed at all and I can’t ever get the verification code to use so I can log into my account on a different device?

You should also have an option to enter security question answers or call or text another device, otherwise, call Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE.
