Disabled my iPhone, it says connect yo itunes

I disabled my iphone 6s and now it says connect to iTunes, I cant connect to iTunes on a laptop cos I have a windows and not apple, I have an ipod but idk what I'm doing on that, is there anyway I can unlock it

You can install iTunes on a Windows laptop. See: Get started with iTunes for Windows - Apple Support

Then see: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
