iTunes is telling me that I need to update to version 13 to backup my phone. I am running Windows 7. iTunes 13 seems to only be available on the Microsoft Store which is not available on Windows 7.. I can download iTunes 12 but not 13.. Is there a way I can get iTunes 13 installed on Windows 7 or am I now no longer able to use iTunes? Thanks.

There is iOS 13 for iOS devices. The current version of iTunes for Windows is 12.10.2.3. Download it from https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/win64.

It looks like iTunes 12.8 is the current version available for Windows 7 or later. You can review the requirements here:
That being said, you should still be able to back up your iPhone. Update iTunes using the steps here:
Update to the latest version of iTunes
Once you do that, restart your iPhone and try backing up using the steps here:
