Connection error

I'm having problems connecting my iPhone to my computer to backup, keeping getting the following error -


iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. An unknown error occurred (0xE800000A)?

Windows, Windows 10

If I understand correctly, there is trouble with the iPhone connecting to the computer. I would recommend you use this article to help troubleshoot the issue.
