Echo when on speakerphone with another iPhone

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. When I am on speaker phone with another caller, and they are on speakerphone too, they are getting an echo of themselves speaking.

It seems less obvious if I don't have a case on the phone, and more severe with a case on. I have tried multiple cases and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I don't have my issue on the 11 Pro Max, it is just the other caller, and if one of use is not on speaker then the issue goes away.

It is with all iPhone users I have tried it with.

Restarted the phone and reset network settings, but that did not help.

Any ideas?

To help with this, please remove any case you have on your iPhone and follow the relevant steps in these Apple resources, and then contact Apple if you need any further assistance.

These have been performed and did not resolve it.

The other caller is experiencing the echo, not me, but every person on an iPhone I talk to when we are both on speaker hears and echo of themselves.

It doesn't happen if one of us is not on speaker, and never happens with non-iPhone devices.

Case presence doesn't make a difference.

Two New iPhone 11 Pros purchased froM Apple store 12/21/19 one on 13.3 the other on 13.3.1 beta. Both have this problem even when volume is just below 1/2.
