Hello everyone.
I have been using Boot Camp on an external USB drive for months on Mojave without any problems. I could open Startup Disk, select the external Boot Camp drive, and reboot my Mac from there into Windows.
Now, just upgraded to Catalina, and the very same USB drive doesn't appear anymore inside the Startup Disk window.
Why's that? Any ideas?

I spent some time to figure out your instructions about "System Services" whereas you should have written "System Preferences" instead. Just allowed full disk access to System Preferences, and that made the trick!

Look under System Preferences -> Security and Privacy -> Privacy.

I have the same problem with bootcamp on an external SSD. Here is the question - under system preferences you are allowing full disk access - can you please be more specific? A few extra steps would help. Sorry not as adept as most folks on this forum. Thank you.

Yes, I get to that part but I clearly need to add the correct app for bootcamp- that is the step I need.
Thank you very much for the clarification - that is the step I needed. Just had to add in the System Preference app since it wasn't there. Everything is working again. Thanks for the help!
