Costco is selling MacBook Air Model ZOUU3LL/A, but I can't seem to find any specs about it online. I would like to know what model year, and other Technical Specifications....
I looked on Apple's website, but I don't see that one listed from 2015- present

According to a Community Specialist, this is a MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017).

Just a word of caution: a 128 GB drive is ridiculously small; by the time you deduct the OS, system, apps, etc., you may only have 95 - 100 GB of space left and, deduct from that the absolute minimum of 10 - 15 GB of empty space you need to maintain in order for the OS to run satisfactorily. Add any music, videos, music, or other files, you will have a problem within a short time as you will be running out of space.
