Magic Mouse 2 Not Working Windows 10 Bootcamp

I have struggled with this issue for quite some time now...

I'll start by saying I have both a Magic Mouse and Magic Mouse 2 and both will not work within Windows 10 Bootcamp but work perfectly in OS X 10.15 (Catalina) on my 2017 Macbook Pro 15".

Troubleshooting I've done so far:

  • Booted into OS X, removed the mouse from bluetooth, booted into Windows and attempted to pair however Windows usually doesn't detect the device when searching but when it does it doesn't successfully pair.
  • Downloaded the latest Bootcamp drivers directly from Bootcamp application and reinstalled them.
  • Checked power management preferences in device manager and made sure it was unchecked
  • Booted into OS X, connected mouse then rebooted into windows and had the device show under bluetooth as "connected" but doesn't actually work.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated as I feel as though I have no other choices other than attempting a complete erase and install of windows which isn't ideal. Thanks in advance!

In device manager under Bluetooth I do see the Magic Mouse 2, however I don’t see any indication that it is connected. When I open up the Bluetooth settings, it shows the mouse there as well and shows that it is connected only after booting from Mac OS to Windows.

I have enabled the device as well in device manager with no success.
