Installing configuration failure

My new phone has stalled on this screen while I was in the process of setting it up. It is controlled by my employer and looks like something went wrong when trying to install my profile.

I may have had intermittent WIFI during this period but not sure. Ive tried everything I know to get pasted this screen but can't and it only goes back one screen which is to say the software is up to date.

Any ideas how I reset or restart? I even plugged it into the computer put can't reset it as its saying I have to turn off find my phone which I can't do.......
