Visio for MacBook Pro

Can't seem to be able to find a MacBook Pro-compatible version of Visio. Does the community know of any suitable tools that would allow safe viewing/editing of pre-existing Visio diagrams?

Install Windows using Boot Camp Assistant or using a virtual machine then install Visio in Windows.

On a MacBook Pro with the Monterey OS, what are all the ways to see and arrange the position of running application panels using short-cut keys and the Force Touch Trackpad? I've performed a screen capture (shift-command-5) and now my captured image is locked in front of my other open panels, and it won't move.
