Graphics Card update not allowing Mojave install

Hello, I've recently acquired and installed the MSI Radeon RX 560 4g card on my mid 2010 mac pro, with a view to update to Mojave, but it won't allow me to install it, system profiler says Metal: supported so shouldn't it be installing?

I still have the original card also install and used on a second monitor, could original card be interfering?

I'm currently on 10.13.6, screenshot of profiler attached

Wouldn't that be easy enough to test by removing it?
