How To Create Interactive PDF?

Hello! I have some flat PDFs that I want to add designated boxes to fill in the blanks and then be able to export them to use with the regular version of Adobe on a PC. I have purchased the apps PDF Expert and PDFreader pro but they dont seem to do this. Is there an app on the iPad that allows me to do this? Thanks in advance!
