Mesage Finishes indexing

While trying search the message in search bar it is showing "More suggestions will be shown once Messages finishes indexing".

I do not know how to fix this. Have tried the methods mentioned in the website and seems that nothing works.

My phone is: iPhone 6S - 32GB

OS: 13.2.3 (LATEST VERSION)

Pls let me know how to resolve the same.

Press icons but don’t open My iPhone shows I have various text messages etc but when I press on the icon nothing will open.

iPhone not showing new messqge My iPhone XR suddenly is not showing on the main screen a number when I have a new message. This is a recent issue. I have restarted it several times and I have also upgraded the operating system and it still is happening (Or rather not happening). Thoughts ?
