iPhone 11 Pro Max screen smudge and scratch’s issue

Has Apple addressed the iPhone 11 Pro Max screen smudge and scratch issue???

I had my iPhone 11 Pro Max for less than one day of having it in my pocket and my screen is destroyed. It has this swirl smudge mark and hair line scratches on the screen. They are not only noticeable when the iPhone is locked and black but also when I am using the device. If this is the “most durable screen in a smartphone ever ” then don’t use it, it is horrible and so disappointing.... you think you wouldn’t have to worry about it considering the price..
