I purchased an iPhone 13 256 gb and it’s been one month for today I decided to apply privacy screen guard and I saw that there was a smudge under the display there is no scratch or crack and I didn’t let it to fall down even once.

Are you saying that you see this "smudge" before applying the privacy screen to this iPhone? If so, and you believe that this may be a manufacturing defect, you will have to have an Apple technician examine the phone if you want it resolved. As such, I suggest that you make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options.

Hmm, remove the privacy screen and then clean it:

Then re-apply the privacy screen.

No I’ve not applied screen guard on it it is inside the display .
