Stolen iPhone
Hello. My name is Tania. I am living in Ukraine.
Always trusted your company about a protection system, but... 29th of November
my phone (Iphone 7) was stolen. This day lots of them were stolen in my city
(near of 30 or so). In two
minutes when i noticed that, i went to
"find ipone" and started a stolen mode. I need
to tell that i did had a passwod on it
and a fingerprint protection. it was ofline and i couldnt firnd it. In the
night 1am 30th of November i got a message on my email that stolen mode had
been activated and in one minute after that i got a message that stolen mode
was off!!! Somebody who stoled my phone could took off all the protection of my
phone and changed a password on my icloud!! YOU SHOULD DO SOMETHING WITH THAT! COS
NOW I AM THINKING ABOUT ALL THE INFORMATION THEY HAVE NOW!! ALL MY CREDIT CARDS
WAS THERE AND ALL MY PASSWORDS TOO AND ALL MY DOCUMENTS!!! i am really worried
about it!! I NEED YOU TO DO SOMETHING!! i had to buy other phone, i am not
rich! Iphones are very expensive in my country!
