Hello, how do I get rid of the facetime and imessage pop up. I have switched off both of them but I am still getting the pop ups and they are so annoying.

Perform these steps in the order listed until the problem is solved:
1) Restart your phone
2) See this link: Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime
3) Factory reset: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
