Cannot connect to anything Yahoo (only) with Ipad Cellular (only). Can connect with WiFi.

Ipad Pro 10.5 inch--IOS 13.2.3. Cannot connect ONLY to Yahoo.com or anything with Yahoo in the name (Yahoo mail/ Yahoo finance/ Yahoo sports, etc) using Safari or Edge AND USING CELLULAR (LTE 3 bars or 4G 4 bars). Have used for years with no such issues. CAN connect to anything Yahoo using WiFi. CAN connect to anything else using Cellular.

Cannot connect when I pull up Yahoo anything on Google using Cellular & click on Yahoo anything. Progress bar goes about 1/2 inch & then stops; eventually comes back with, Cannot open the page because could not establish a secure link to the server. One Cellular Yahoo exception: I can view Yahoo Mail if I turn on allowing mail to use Cellular data & then use the Mail icon on the Ipad desktop.

CAN connect to anything else using Cellular such as Tx Lottery or Dell or Google. Can connect to Yahoo anything using my iPhone. Have restarted the Ipad, cleared past browsing history, reset Network settings & done about anything else I can find on the internet. I have NOT restored to factory settings & prefer not to do so.
