I lost my breathe app. How do I get it back?

While the Breathe app is part of watchOS, there are some apps that can be removed. Breathe is one, in addition to Alarms, Cycles, Radio, and several more.

To redownload an app, just open the App Store on your Apple Watch and search for the app you want to download.

The Breathe app is part of the watchOS, you cannot delete it. Check the Watch app on the iPhone to see if you have it turned off.
