What settings do I have incorrect that my Drafts folder on iPhone has 113 messages and on MacBook Pro there are 12? I am trying to edit emails, started on iPhone, on my MacBook and they are not there. Please help me get this right.

First let's check iCloud to see what the correct draft count shows: Sign in to iCloud
Next, let's close your Mail app on both devices and restart the iPhone to see if the draft count shows the same: How to turn your Mac on or off - Apple Support
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue persists, sign out of iCloud on both devices and sign back in:
