Charging Issue with my USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter and iPad Pro. When power is applied to the adapter’s USB-C port an icon “Not Charging” appears on the iPad Pro and with time it does not change. I have used true Apple and aftermarket products to no avail. I have two exact adapters and they act the same.

Thank you for your response. You’re the second person to recommend contacting the source. The other person works at an Apple dealer.
