What's the difference between watches?

What's the difference between the Niki space gray apple watch with aluminum body and the Space Gray Aluminum Case with Sport Band apple watch? Does the Niki not have the same watch faces? I'm confused.

The physical watch case is the same as non-Nike watches, so every

40mm or 38mm watch band will fit every 40mm or 38mm watch case

and every

44mm or 42mm watch band will fit every 44mm or 38mm watch case

Again, the only difference between a regular Apple Watch and a Nike is that software wise, the Nike model gets an extra Nike specific watch face, and the Nike model ships with a Nike watch band. The watch case and the watch electronics between a Nike and a non-Nike are identical.
