YCbCr and RGB High and RGB Low

I am attempting to set up a new Apple TV HD for a non-4K Sony TV, and in upgrading software, I’m asked what output I use. How do I know which option to enter? It’s a 10-year-old model.

I would recommend you try using RGB settings first, during back in the days 1080P TV selected RGB. Ii would not even consider using RGB Low unless the colours are to bright for you. YCbCr might suits 4K Tv better, but make sure your HDMI Cable is the best you can find, 4K HDMI cable.

The second options, by the way i have Pioneer Kuro 8th 1080P 50 inch Plasma TV set at RGB from my 4K TV + Box. . I tried each one and ended up enjoying RGB for my setup and my eyes. I use a 8K HDMI cable from Amazon. In the past QED cables use to be a very good named cable, but today i dont think it matters much.

TIP: Make sure you have good internet connect Cable if possible or very good wifi and have a very good Quality HDMI Cable. to get a good stable picture.
