Microsoft Remote Desktop keeps logging out

I use Microsoft Remote Desktop at work on my MacBook Air. I have the screen to be turned off when I walk away from my MacBook after 1 min. When I return to use it, I notice that Microsoft Remote Desktop has logged me out. This happens every single time. I never had this problem on Windows laptops before. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

She uses Microsoft Remote Desktop to access her work computer remotely but whilst it launches fine, whenever she swipes across to the MRD desktop it instantly flicks back to her main desktop. Running MRD in ‘windowed’ mode works fine, but the space taken by both the Mac and windows dock is a problem and makes the screen too small. It works fine on our iMac (also OS 12.3).

Microsoft Remote Desktop 10 doesn't allow scheduled Mac shutdown. My MacMini M1 is scheduled to shut down every night. However, sometimes a Microsoft Remote Desktop 10 connection is left open and it blocks the shutdown. Is there a setting or fix to avoid the block and ensure full shutdown?

Microsoft Remote Desktop "not supported on this Mac" My computer automatically installed a new version of Microsoft Remote Desktop a couple of days ago, and now it won't open. When I try to open it, I just get a dialog box that says: You can’t open the application “Microsoft Remote Desktop.app” because this application is not supported on this Mac. I need this application for work. What happened and how do I fix it?
