Hi, I am unable to download apps currently. They try to start downloading and quickly fail. I keep trying to go into my Apple ID and get this error message anytime.
I think it has something to do with iCloud storage payments which aren’t currently working due to me having to cancel my card after fraudulent behaviour. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
