Phone won’t let me allow access to my photos to any app
My phone suddenly stopped allowing any of my apps access to my photos. It sends me to settings to allow access and then there’s no option to allow it. I don’t know what else to do?

I see that, and it sends me there, but there are no options

I tried that. Nothing was listed.
So the app is not showing up there after you attempt to access photos? Have you tried doing a force restart of the iPhone? Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Check Settings>Screen Time and see if you have any Restrictions turned on.
If you cannot find a setting to allow access for photos, then check to see if you have any restrictions turned on in Screen Time. You should be able to set access in Settings>Privacy>Photos. Any app that has tried to get access to Photos should be listed there.
If you try to access photos from an app and it won't let you, it should provide you with a dialog to go to Settings and turn that on. Do you not see that?
I forced a reset. And now it’s working again. Thank you!
