Iphone 11 Pro Max wireless charging issue

I'm having wireless charging issues with my iphone 11 pro max.

I'm using a belkin boostup 10w charging pad . when i charge it over night the phone wiil start charging and a few hrs later the phone will wake and make a noise like its starting to charge again. so it stops charging in the middle of the night and tries to start charging again.

it hasn't charged fully after ios 13 updates using wireless pad. tried moving it in all directions to make sure it sits right..

This was a new charger , i just sent it back to belkin for a replacement just in case since it was still under warranty. but i know its not the charger doing this..

i tried 2 different wireless chargers and have the same issue.it charges normally using regular plug in adapter. im using a otterbox defender series case. tried it with the case off and still does the same thing.

any ideas how i can fix this?
