Hide names on iMessage notifications

On the latest update version of the iPhone XS I’d like for it to not show the name of the sender of texts until my phone is unlocked.

I know I can make it not display the content of the message in the notification by selecting <preview-never or once unlocked>.

But how can I make it not display the name of the sender as well? I just want it to show an iMessage notification and that's it!

Is this possible?
