So I am trying to delete an app but every time I restart the phone it keeps coming back. If i click on it, nothing happens. If I open the app store, it shows that the app is installed. How can I completely remove this?

Are you sharing an Apple ID with anyone?
I’m not sharing Apple ID. This is the only Apple device I have.
I don’t see the app in the IPhone Storage. Is there any other option?
