Tracks order in iPod Classic is ruined after synchronizing in Music app

After installing Catalina and the new Music app I notice a really annoying phenomenon: synchronizing my music to my iPod Classic seems to randomize the order in the playlists tracks. Is this a bug in the new Music app? iTunes kept the tracks in the same order. Any ideas?

Recently added song appears in playlists but not in main Songs list I recently added some material to my Music library. One song, an MP3 of Dio's "Holy Diver (Live)" got imported, but for some reason it doesn't show up in the main Songs list anywhere. It appears in Recently Added and my playlists, but not in the main listing for some inexplicable reason. Was something possibly damaged or corrupted along the way in? I haven't tried to add the track to my iPod yet, so I don't know if it will appear there or not.

My playlists aren't syncing in correct order. My playlists/album playlists/live concerts aren't syncing in the correct order from the first song to the last song. When I view them on my iPod Touch they are listed from the last song to the first song. Is there a way to fix this? I would like to listen to the songs sequentially especially the albums rather than random shuffle all the time. I'm using a 21 inch iMac with Catalina.
