Backup icloud

Why can not do backup in this phone.. i have 5gb but not full.

It really doesn’t take long to use up 5GB of storage in iCloud unless your phone is only 16GB and even then, it’s no guarantee.

If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support
