Unfortunately you can do nothing, unless you still have your data on your iPhone (should be this case, you can create a new encrypted backup, if your iphone is running iOS 11 or later).

To be clear, the backup password is NOT the same as your Apple ID password unless you made them the same by choice.
Your best course of action is to guess the password. You get unlimited guesses, fortunately. To speed up the process click Change Backup Password in iTunes. If you have a Mac and have Keychain enabled you might have saved the password in Keychain (it's an option when you create the password). This is the screen you were shown when you created your first encrypted backup:
Use the correct password.
The one you entered is apparently not the correct password.
