Iphone 11 - Purchase USA and bring back to UK

Hi,

If I purchase an unlocked iPhone 11 in the USA is there any difference internally to an unlocked iPhone 11 in the UK?

I have heard that the carriers may be different however does buying an unlocked USA iPhone11 work fully the same as a UK model would as they are identical?

It should work, but there is the usual caveat that the warranty (or AppleCare) terms states that they may refuse to service a device under warranty outside of the country of original purchase.
