How do I enter dictation mode with the Microphone when Smart Keyboard for iPad is attached

I cannot find a Mic button, but would still like to use dictation mode instead of the keyboard

Hello,

Unfortunately you cannot access the dictation button while iPad's Smart Keyboard is attached.
