The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Unable to remove Apple ID from iPhone 7 Plus

I was recently given an iPhone 7 Plus by a family member that had upgraded to the iPhone XR. His father last used the iPhone 7 and forgot his Apple ID and password and no one can remember what email address he used to set up the Apple ID. I am trying to use the phone with my new Apple ID but it is activation locked and we have tried everything to remove the activation lock with no success. Please help me figure out how to remove the iCloud activation lock so that the phone may be used

Have the the original owner take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
