bluetooth issues

my iphone 11 Pro is paired with my car's Bluetooth and normally works fine but if I have my apple watch connected to my iphone the car bluetooth disconnects. How do I get my iphone not to disconnect?

I see that, when you pair your car's bluetooth and iPhone that's also paired with your Apple Watch, your iPhone and car disconnect, and I'm glad to help.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod doesn't connect to or work in your car -- Your iPhone and your vehicle may be connected, but it appears that they're not connecting correctly.
