moving contacts from old phone to new phone

Hi,

I replaced my i phone 5 yesterday to a i phone 7 and i have downloaded my new apps onto my new phone but how do i carry over my contacts and photos etc?

If you sign in with the same Apple ID you should get all your contacts, calendar items, etc. on the new phone.
