Apple Pay Triggers Randomly Since iOS13

After upgrading to iOS13 my iPhone X triggers Apple Pay without double clicking the side button or being anywhere near a NFC terminal. It happens randomly if I take it out of my pocket or place it on a table. It goes right to the double click to pay screen.

Is there a hidden gesture, pressure point on the screen or physical movement ie shake that might trigger Apple Pay that I am not aware of?
