My iphone 11 headphone jack is not working!

Once I got my iPhone 11 Pro Max, I realized one earbud wasn’t working. I thought it was just the headphones not working properly, but I soon realize that it could be my phone? I told my sister about this problem and she gave me her headphones that work perfectly fine for her iPhone 11. Once I put them into my headphone jack, they stopped working! I’ve tried this with plenty of my friend’s working headphones and all of them stopped working when I put it into my headphone jack. Pls help!
